These Terms of Service govern your use of PensionReclaim (the “Service”), operated by Global Talent Leaders LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

PensionReclaim provides a document preparation service that helps UK higher-rate taxpayers claim additional pension tax relief from HMRC. Our Service includes:

Eligibility Calculator: An estimation tool to determine if you may be owed additional tax relief.

Claim Pack Generation: Personalised HMRC claim letters, calculations, and guidance documents based on the information you provide.

Supporting Documentation: Instructions for submitting your claim to HMRC.

3. Important Disclaimers

We Are Not Tax Advisors: PensionReclaim is a document preparation service, not a tax advisory service. We do not provide tax advice, and our Service should not be construed as such.

We Are Not HMRC Agents: We do not submit claims to HMRC on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting the documents we generate.

Estimates Are Not Guarantees: The refund amounts shown by our calculator are estimates based on the information you provide. Actual refunds are determined solely by HMRC.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate information and for verifying that all details in your claim documents are correct before submission.

4. Eligibility Requirements

Our Service is designed for UK taxpayers who:

Earn above the higher-rate tax threshold (currently £50,270).

Contribute to a Relief at Source pension scheme (such as NEST, The People's Pension, or similar).

Have not already claimed the additional tax relief through Self Assessment or other means.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Claim Pack costs £99 per claim (covering up to 4 tax years). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may offer promotional discounts from time to time.

6. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:

What's Covered: If HMRC rejects your claim due to eligibility reasons (e.g., you did not meet the criteria for additional relief), we will refund your payment in full.

Requirements: You must have submitted the documents we generated without modification, provided accurate information when creating your claim, and submitted the refund request within 6 months of purchase.

What's Not Covered: Rejections due to incorrect personal details you provided, claims that were modified or altered after generation, change of mind or failure to submit to HMRC, and requests made more than 6 months after purchase.

7. Your Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, review all generated documents before submission, not use the Service for fraudulent purposes, and not share your account access with others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the PensionReclaim website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Global Talent Leaders LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

We are not responsible for HMRC's decisions regarding your claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms or use the Service in a manner that could harm us or other users.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
